About Us.​

Local was started over 20 years ago by our founder, David Marquez. After finishing school and receiving licensing, Dave started working for another HVAC company. While there, Dave begin to learn the business all around from installation, service, customer relations, and marketing. While on the Jobs, Dave began to notice how much of the work he was already doing that is required to successfully run his own business. With his knowledge of the AC business, and faith that he could run a company just as good, if not better than his previous boss, Dave struck out on his own. Local was started by simply walking around the neighborhood asking if anyone needed work done on their house. Over time Local began to make a name for itself as a company that could be trusted to provide honest and above average work at a reasonable price. After launching the company in Buena Park, Local has now grown to service a majority of Southern California, which include Anaheim, Brea, Cerritos, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine, La Mirada and much more!
