We have a flat rate service fee of $79.99 for us to come and and diagnose the problem. We then charge to fix any problem we find. Give us a call and let us know how we can help!

Yes of course! We special service agreements that we offer to our customers that require regular service and maintenance. We understand how important it is to keep your tenants happy. The Agreement includes filter change outs, condenser inspection, motor inspection, heating inspection and ect. Let us know what you need for your property and we can create an agreement specific to serve your needs.
How can I tell when my unit is in need for a maintenance?
Excellent question! When you notice your unit is no longer blowing cold air or when the air flow seems to be weak, it could be a sign of low reigerant or a diving blower motor.
